Boxing for fitness!

A great get away from the normal gym routine is boxing for fitness. I burn as much as 500-700 calories in a one hour session with some of my clients. Men tend to burn more calories than woman but it's still a great workout that everyone loves. The simple jab, cross, hook, and upper cut are all you need to learn. Thrown in a couple of jumping jacks, pushups, and crunches and you have yourself a workout.
