
It's really pretty simple! Now I'm not telling you to go out and eat processed foods, fried foods, or candy all day; but if you make intelligent decisions about what you eat you can have as much of it as you want!
Calorie tracking is the solution to you dilemma (if you have one), as long as you burn more calories than you consume each day, you're losing weight! Burn the same as you consume and you stay the same. And as you probably already figured out, burning less calories than you consume each day MEANS YOUR GAINING WEIGHT.
